500g of desalted Pirarucu

3 medium boiled mashed potatoes

Parsley

girl's finger pepper

little salt

Wheat flour to taste

panko flour

Extra virgin olive oil

lemon zest
-
2 garlic cloves

1/2 diced onion.
WAY OF DOING
-
Brown the garlic, onion, pepper in olive oil and add the pirarucu.

Work the sauté until you shred all the fish meat.

Add the mashed potatoes with a little olive oil, parsley and lemon zest to the stew.

Add the flour to the dough until it forms a dough.

Shape the dumplings, roll them in panko flour.
