INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of desalted Pirarucu

  • 3 medium boiled mashed potatoes

  • Parsley

  • girl's finger pepper

  • little salt

  • Wheat flour to taste

  • panko flour

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • lemon zest

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 diced onion.

WAY OF DOING

  • Brown the garlic, onion, pepper in olive oil and add the pirarucu.

  • Work the sauté until you shred all the fish meat.

  • Add the mashed potatoes with a little olive oil, parsley and lemon zest to the stew.

  • Add the flour to the dough until it forms a dough.

  • Shape the dumplings, roll them in panko flour.

  • After modeling, just finish in the oven or air fryer or fried
